About Ledgeworks

After he graduated from Dartmouth College, our founder and owner, Michael Davidson, decided he wanted to stay in the area and invest in real estate. He started Ledgeworks in 1985 — he actually purchased properties while he was still in college. Over the years, our portfolio of properties has grown to the tune of 300+ apartments and 30+ commercial spaces.

We have five full-time maintenance personnel/contractors on staff, as well as one bookkeeper, one property manager, and one general manager. We are proud to have a great deal of experience in our office. The beauty of our company is we all work as a team and are committed to customer satisfaction.
